Architecture
The Cline's architecture celebrates form, material, and light, drawing inspiration from Seattle’s natural landscapes. Featuring natural materials, open spaces, and large windows, the building offers plenty of sunlight and stunning views of Lake Union and Downtown. With clean lines, biophilia, and a nature-inspired ambiance, its spaces provide a serene escape from the bustling urban surroundings.

Interior Design
Inspired by the Pacific Northwest’s indoor-outdoor connection, The Cline blends wood textures, geometric shapes, and earthy tones. Unexpected moments, like a dramatic chandelier, and layering of diametric textures and forms, add intrigue and depth.
